FAQ – All you need to know about Beach 2 Bush Tours

How do I book a tour?

Click on the tour of your choice. Then click on the date that is suitable and available. Click the “Add to Cart” button. Then click on the “View Cart” button in the right hand corner.   From here you click on how many tickets you will be requiring. Then click on the “Update Cart” button. If you wish to add another tour then click on the “TOURS” key and repeat the procedure.

Once you have finished making your selection of tours then click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button.  Here you will need to fill out your details if you haven’t already made up an account. Very important that you fill in under “Important Information” any dietary requirements or anything else that you feel that your tour guide needs to be aware of.Then you need to read & click on the T&C’s and Private boxes.  Then click on the “Proceed to PayPal” button which will take you to the PayPal page to proceed with payment. Here you can pay with your credit card Visa or Mastercard or you can pay from your own PayPal account if you haven’t already got a PayPal account you can easily make your own PayPal account.
When you finish this procedure you will be sent a confirmation email. Please print this out and give to your driver on embarking.

Once your booking is finalised we will get in touch with you to confirm your details and to make arrangements for time and place of pick up.

Do you have specials?

Yes we do have a special. When you pay full price for 3 tickets you get your 4th ticket at 20% discount.
We also have the same deal for Beach 2 Bush’s frequent customers. When you book to go on 3 tours you get your 4th tour at 20% discount. (To be allegeable for this discount you must fill out your details in the “My Account” page.)

Is it safe to book your tour online?

Yes, PayPal is very secure it is compliant with PCI & CISP. These standards are in place to protect you from Fraud and loss of data. Your personal and financial information stored in your PayPal account is securely encrypted to ensure your complete protection

Do I need a reservation?

Yes – we want to make sure we can accommodate your needs so that you can fully enjoy the tour.

Where do the tours leave from?

We depart from Roma St Transit Centre, Roma St, Brisbane or Surfers Paradise transit centre, Beach Road Surfers Paradise.
We pick up from destinations that are convenient to you and other passengers along the journey.
We can also pick you up from your hotel/home or other prior to the departure time.
On our tours that go north to the Sunshine Hinterland we can arrange pickups from destinations on the Southern end of the Sunshine Coast.

When do the tours run and how long for?

The tours run as per the calendar on the tour page on the website. However, if the tour that you want is not available on the date that you would like please contact us as we may be able to arrange it for you.

Our tours are a full day tour starting at 8am and finishing at approximately 6pm.

We do the occasional overnight tours, these tours will start at 8am on the first day and will finish at 6pm approx the following day or you will be advised otherwise.

Do you have a minimum/maximum number of guests?

Yes on most of our tours we have a minimum of 6 guests and for comfort we have a maximum of 20 guests. This can go up to 22

We can do private tours for 6 guests or less, however the prices will be different to those advertised.

We also do tours for groups and association’s e.g. social club, Hen’s party, Family get together.

Will the tour run if it rains?

Yes, farmers are out in all types of weather that’s part of the experience and the fun! The tour will normally operate in all weather conditions – with the exception of heavy storms, hail or gale-force winds, as your safety is our first priority. Conditions such as fog, mist, drizzle, showers, rain, sleet and wind do not affect the normal operation of our activities.

What should I wear?

  • Comfortable clothing suitable for the weather conditions
  • Closed in shoes is recommended

What should I bring?

  • We suggest bringing a cooler bag with ice brick or the like for any produce that you may purchase along the way
  • Sunscreen
  • Hat
  • Cool drink
  • And your adventurous spirit and sense of fun
